Most people assume that crying is a sign of weakness and insecurity since it allows you to communicate your deepest feelings. A person who cries is also frequently considered incapable of managing their emotions and criticized for not doing so. When we cry, we relieve countless toxins from our bodies and hormones that contribute to elevated stress levels. This can help individuals sleep better, strengthen their immune systems, and avoid gaining weight.

Our advice is
Take a break, rest from everything. Things can get draining sometimes. You don't need to rush on things. Cry if needed and take it slowly. Crying makes you stronger since it shows that you aren't scared of being vulnerable or expressing your deepest feelings.
When the time comes, don't be scared to weep. It takes a strong person to cry.
"Remind yourself that it is okay not to be okay. Break down, cry yourself to sleep. We are all imperfect human beings." -Pradee
